fitness model lance lamar is an inspiration.  his is a career that has spanned more than two decades and the last several years have garnered him more attention than any previous. in addition to being a commercial airline pilot, lance owns a chain of gyms in the south beach miami area and works with some of the world's top celebrities as well as regular every day joes like you and me.

lance continues to draw new clients regularly because at 40+ years of age, he has a body that most 25 year old's would kill for. sculpted naturally and with a balance of all the other elements in his life, lance presents his clients with both the motivation and the tools they need to be fit at 40, 50 and beyond!

the fit at 40 project consists of a dvd program that will be available in stores and on infomercials. I am directing and co-producing the video as well as the infomercial. all people that are appearing in the video are actual clients who are 40+ years of age and who have worked with Lance to achieve the results that you see.
