prevention magazine
prevention.com

my first exposure to prevention magazine was in october of 2003 when I was hired to style the shoots they were producing on the face of mt. hood, oregon.  for a week the entire crew was lodged at the historic timberline lodge (from the original movie - the shining) and we ended up snow-bound for a several days!

the creative director was impressed with my work and at the end of the week offered me a salaried position which essentially was that of providing wardrobe for all of the prevention covers and special shoots.  over the course of the next many months, I shopped from paris to honolulu, coming up with the perfect wardrobe solutions for the magazine.

it was around this time that mega muscle began to take off. it was difficult but i realized that the magazine did not really fill the excitement I needed for production and I made the bittersweet decision to stop working with prevention to focus my energies on mega muscle.
