I added this section to my site because amazingly, I still regularly get emails, phone calls and letters from people asking me about things they read about me on the internet.  many of you who know me personally know that beginning in January 2007, I was the vicitim of a cyberstalker.  this individual was completely unknown to me and to this day I have never had any direct contact with him.  I only later found out that he was a fan of one of my former models, julian fantechi.  apparently this fan was unhappy with some career choices julian had made and decided that they were my fault.  as a rule, I don't usually address rumors or gossip because I feel that it is usually in my best interest to ignore such things.  unfortunately, after  nearly two years - he isn't going away.  I never disputed anything this person wrote about me unless someone contacted me directly.  I honestly thought everyone would recognize the craziness in this and the other stuff written about  me but apparently, many people do not.

I decided to finally address all of this here in the hopes of clearing up some of the misinformation that is out there...

1.  my face - obviously,  i have one.

2.  I am not an identity theft.  it is true that after we stopped doing business with model julian fantechi, mega muscle productions continued to sell our films and content featuring him.  mega muscle also continues to own and operate the julian fantechi web sites.  all of this is done in accordance with the contract the company has in place with him, and he continues to receive residuals on this income.  additionally, "julian fantechi" is not this model's legal name, it is a stage name that he began to use at my suggestion.

3. I did not provide xiao cai with a list of my clients' names and contact information.  I do not know how a list of my clients' names became available to mr. xiao cai. I had this list, julian fantechi had this list and my attorney had this list. I do know that neither my attorney nor myself provided this list to xiao cai.  to assume otherwise is insane.

4. SFO District Attorney  - no letter was ever recieved from mr. xiao cai by the san francisco district attorney's office nor the san francisco police department.  I was never the subject of an investigation for this (or any other matter).

5.  julian was never being "black-mailed" into working with mega muscle productions.  his original contract was terminated with mega muscle because he was in breach for having performed in adult entertainment.  he wanted to come back to work with us but I felt uneasy and so I required that he meet some terms before we would consider bringing him back.  he did not meet any of the terms set out in the five weeks we gave him to do so and consequently we did not renew our relationship with him.  how mr. xiao cai came to have the private correspondence between my attorney and julian remains a mystery.

6.  stylist vs. haircut - I am amazed that I need to expalin this but I worked as a fashion stylist.  Xiao Cai claims to be a fashion photographer but does not know what this is and somehow confused it with my being a barber.

7.   the GLAAD charity was not a hoax and the "unexisted products" were actually "existed" - in the spring of 2007, we decided to create two calendars and sell them with the benefits going to charity.  not only were the proceeds of this going to GLAAD, this was not the first time we have sold products that benefit GLAAD.  in addition to the two calendars, xiao cai also labeled many of our other julian fantechi products as "unexisted".  I can only assume this word means that they do not exist - which is an error on his part.  our original contract with julian stipulates that we can reuse and repackage existing content of him over and over - something we have done regularly and that julian continues to recieve residuals for.

8.  mega muscle uses power to destroy models - first of all, I am flattered that mr. xiao cai thinks I have that kind of power.  everything I have ever done has been in the best interest of all of the models that have worked with me.  it is true that the official julian fantechi site did contain images of him that could be considered "adult".  all of these were images that julian posed for against my advice, and that he requested be added.  any link to an adult site from his official site was an income generating link to a site that featured julian fantechi.  julian received payment for all income related to this site.

and to follow up on other online gossip about me that is unrelated to my own personal stalker...

9.  I do not hate mariah carey personally.  the oregonian did a feature on me and in addition to many other errors, reported incorrectly that the worst celebrity I have ever worked with is mariah carey.  her fans email me telling me how I am a liar, how I just don't understand her art, how I am jealous of her...

the reality is, I do not hate mariah carey, nor have I ever claimed to.  I have only met her once on the set of her video for the remix of "honey".  I was not her stylist (that was the late tanya twist) I was dressing diddy (then puff daddy) and mace.  it is true that I lwalked off the set, but that was because the producer wouldn't pay overtime and we were well into 14 hours.  the reporter at the oregonian made multiple mistakes and factual errors with this article that were an embarassment to both me and many of the people I have worked with in the past.  I have nothing but the utmost respect for mariah carey and her career.  quotes that were attributed to me in regards to mariah carey were about a different artist and were "off the record".  as for the worst celebrity I have ever worked with -- you will have to ask me in person (and not be a reporter!)!

10.  I did not organize the Hindu protest on the DNA offices in Sydney - this is another one that amazes me!  to think I have that kind of power!  for those of you who may not know, a photo I produced of matt walch appeared on the cover of DNA magazine.  In the photo, he was wearing a roberto cavalli brief that featured Indian artwork on the crotch.  apparently, there was an organized march protesting this photo in front of DNA magazine's offices in sydney because this artwork was of the goddess lakshmi - a very important hindu deity.  since that time, I have heard everything from I designed this brief to I promoted the photo throughout the hindu community.  the reality is, it was a gorgeous photo and I stand by the choice to use the brief.  however I apologize if people were offended.  I got many threatening emails and many people said that if it had been jesus on the crotch of those briefs, I would never think to use them -- this is also wrong.  if you have a pair of briefs with jesus on the crotch, send them to me and I will definitely find a shoot for them!

11.  cameron diaz is not affiliated with aloha life  - I recently recieved an email from the head of one of cameron diaz' fan groups asking if she was the narrator on the aloha life movie.  while it would make me so happy to announce that she was the narrator on the project, this is not an announcement I am able to make.  I will say that I am incredibly pleased with the way the entire movie turned out and I appreciate the efforts of everyone involved - including the narrator!

12.  finally, the mega muscle photo workshops are not covers for an escort service.  one of my competitors started this one and I almost choked I was laughing so hard.   at the time most of his top talent had come to work for me (I pay better) and apparently he was a little upset...
